Practice Policies

  • In order to provide the best care possible and to make sure we are current with hormone recommendations and literature, we require seeing our patients every 6 months at a minimum

  • We require full labs to be drawn yearly

  • If you need to cancel an appointment, please be sure to give us 24 hrs notice, or our $75 no-show fee will apply

  • Please give at least 2 business days notice for refills. Same-day refills are not guaranteed

  • Text, emails and voicemails will typically be answered within 24 hours and 48 hours on the weekend
